Prophet Isa (AS) is one of the most honoured messengers in Islam. His life was filled with divine miracles and timeless lessons that continue to inspire Muslims around the world. Isa (AS) was sent by Allah (SWT) to lead people to religion, cleanliness, and peace. He told us that real strength comes from faith and honesty, not from money or power.
Prophet Isa’s (AS) message was one of compassion, mercy, and justice. He lived humbly, served the poor, and encouraged forgiveness. His teachings remind us that faith is not just about praying but about helping others.
This message encourages our charitable efforts today through acts of giving.
The Miracle of His Birth
One of the most amazing things that has ever happened to a person is the birth of Prophet Isa (AS) without a father. Allah (SWT) chose Maryam (AS), a woman of purity and devotion, to bear this honour.
When the angel Jibril (AS) appeared before her, he said:
“I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy.” — Surah Maryam (19:19)
Maryam (AS) was astonished, but Allah reminded her of His limitless power:
“He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.” — Surah Al-Imran (3:47)
His miraculous birth was the first sign that Allah’s power knows no limits. For believers, this reminds us to trust Allah’s plan and give thanks for every blessing He grants us.
His Miracles and Lessons of Faith
Allah gave Prophet Isa (AS) many miracles, like the ability to heal the blind, lepers, and even bring the dead back to life.
“And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead — by permission of Allah.” — Surah Al-Imran (3:49)
Each miracle has a deeper meaning: that only Allah had power. Isa (AS) never took credit for anything; his job was to show Allah’s benevolence and wake people up.
In today’s world, this miracle encourages believers to keep faith and hope alive. By donating to charity, we can, too, bring new life to others by feeding the hungry, providing clean water, and supporting those in crisis. Every act of giving restores faith and strengthens our connection with Allah.

The Message of Peace and Submission
Beyond the miracles, Prophet Isa’s (AS) true mission was to lead people back to Allah. His message was one of peace, humility, and compassion, and it built on what prior prophets had spoken.
Isa (AS) said that faith should show in everything you do. He urged his followers to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and care for orphans. He told them that assisting others is a way to worship.
“And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, [Saying], ‘We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward or gratitude.’” — Surah Al-Insan (76:8–9)
Today, when we give Zakat or support charitable causes, we follow in the footsteps of Prophet Isa (AS) and strengthen communities through love and service.

Dealing with Rejection and Betrayal
Many of the people Prophet Isa (AS) came to help turned him down, even though he was compassionate and merciful. Some leaders feared losing their power and spread false accusations against him.
They accused him of sorcery and rebellion. They wanted to kill him, but Allah kept His prophet safe. His patience and strength remind us that faith can be hard at times.
When faced with rejection or injustice, we must stay steadfast in truth, just as Isa (AS) did. His life tells us to stand firm, trust Allah, and continue doing good, even when others oppose us.
Lessons from the life of Prophet Isa (AS)
There are a lot of things we can learn from the life of Prophet Isa (AS). He showed that all strength and success come from Allah alone. He never claimed credit for his miracles. His humility instructs all believers to be thankful and rely on Allah.
Isa (AS) never gave up on his mission, even though he was rejected, falsely accused, and betrayed. His bravery teaches us that standing up for what is right is worth all the trouble it brings.
He also taught that faith is incomplete without action. We must support charitable efforts that uplift those in hardship, like Zakat UK campaigns, Palestine appeals and water charity projects to follow his message. Each act of kindness shows the spirit of Prophet Isa’s (AS) compassion.
Bringing hope through small acts of kindness—a meal, a helping hand, or a gift can light up a child’s day.
The Message of Giving: A Path to Peace
Isa’s (AS) message wasn’t just about having faith; it was also about contributing. True peace comes when we share what we have for the sake of Allah.
At United Muslims, we carry on this same mission by helping people all over the world. Your donation helps provide food, education, and clean water to those in need. It can bring hope to families facing hardship and displacement.
Giving brings people together. It brings peace to the giver and relief to the receiver. It is how we continue the message of Isa (AS), a message of mercy, equality, and love.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:
“The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” — (Tirmidhi)
Your charity multiplies in reward. Every donation makes the world a better place.
