Ramadan: A Month of Mercy and Reflection

A sacred time of fasting, prayer, and spiritual renewal.

Ramadan is the holiest month in Islam, a period of self-restraint, reflection, and closeness to Allah (SWT). Muslims around the world fast from dawn to sunset, abstaining from food, drink, and worldly desires to purify the soul and strengthen faith. Beyond fasting, Ramadan is a time for generosity, forgiveness, and gratitude, reminding us of our duty to help those in need and seek Allah’s mercy.

O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.

– Qur’an (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:183)
